A pioneer in intellectual property and the first IP business manager at the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM) in 1982, I founded the BREESE MAJEROWICZ firm, which was sold in 2010 to the Dutch investment fund Guilde. Served as an IP advisor to the Ministry of Research (2011–2012), where I prepared the proposal for the Paris-Saclay Technology Transfer Company (SATT) and assisted the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) in streamlining its portfolio.In 2012, I founded FIDAL Innovation, which later became IP TRUST. Author of publications on financial valuation and intellectual property strategy, I also serve as Chairman of the Innovation and Research Committee of the French Federation of Engineers and Scientists (IESF) and Chairman of the Marius Lavet Foundation, engineer and inventor.
